FAQ
We can accept returns for refund only as we don’t hold buffer stock for exchanges. Any item returned to us will refunded on the basis that the returned item(s) reach us unworn, in their original and sellable condition within 14 days after receiving the product. We cannot refund any items that have been washed or worn.Refunds will be processed once the returned item(s) have been received. With the exception of any damaged/faulty items, we are not responsible for return postage fees.To return an item simply fill out in full and enclose the following returns form in with your return. We can ship to almost any country in the world. Estimated delivery times for International orders vary. The following list can offer an estimate of delivery times based on geographical location. Please be aware customs checks and import fees can delay delivery times:
- Western Europe: 4-6 working days
- Eastern Europe: 6-8 working days
- North America: 12-16 working days
- Australia: 16-24 working days
- Middle East: 24-28 working days
- Rest of World: 28-30 working days
Import Fees: We cannot be held responsible for the payment of any Customs Duty/Import fees that may be a result of purchasing from our store – this is the full responsibility of the customer. Please ensure you are aware of and well versed in the imports regulations in your region.
